Talk:Right Side of the Tracks
Scaffolding was added on May 9, 2006. Speculation has it that this construction is related to the dismantling of The Huge Cannon -- see the discussion there. --DirkDiggler 00:33, 9 May 2006 (CDT)

That appears to be a platform behind it...hmm...
Actually after May 12, there appears to be a dome-shaped object. Maybe an observatory (realating to the rumors of going to the moons)
moons theory seems too random, but yeah, it looks a lot like an observatory. i added a bit about that to the Huge Cannon page. we'll take it down and move it to this page (not the talk, the article) once they open it. and isn't that a telescope in the middle?
Hagnk's?
It looks like Hagnk's before the burnination...

- Not really, Hagnk's looked like this... Unless he collected all the insurance money and stole the "lost" items/meat to fund the construction of a Super-Hagnk's --JRSiebz (☎|§|‡) 20:59, 10 May 2006 (CDT)
(Magesteff added some of the history from the time of the comet, which was liberally borrowed from the Observatory page to help with placing the events in the proper time frame.)
Historical Hagnk's Events
- On May 15, 2006, The LAAAAME Observatory opened on the Right Side of the Tracks, to the right of Hagnk's.
- On the evening of Friday, June 2, 2006, at approximately 10 minutes before rollover, a low rumbling was heard, a "KABOOM!" appeared in chat, adventurers' browsers shook, and the system began nightly maintenance early. The special rollover page displayed links to Duck and Cover!, How To Survive A Collision With An Earth-Shattering Asteroid, and Disaster Tips from the American Red Cross. Some adventurers were able to log in briefly during rollover and catch a glimpse of the effects.
- On June 3, 2006 Hagnk's Ancestral Mini-Storage was renamed Hagnk's Mostly-Burned-Down-then-Hit-By-a-Chunk-of-a-Comet Ancestral Mini-Storage when The LAAAAME Observatory was replaced by The Remains of A Comet and an Observatory.
- On June 4, 2006, Hagnk's Mostly-Burned-Down-then-Hit-By-a-Chunk-of-a-Comet Ancestral Mini-Storage was renamed to Hagnk's Mostly-Burned-Down-then-Hit-By-a-Chunk-of-a-Comet-then-Flooded-by-the-Melting-Comet Ancestral Mini-Storage. The Remains of A Comet and an Observatory had melted to become The Wet Remains of an Observatory which had flooded Hagnk's.
- On June 8, 2006, The Wet Remains of an Observatory were cleared away and construction began. Speculation on Hagnk really building a Super Hagnk's were raised again, especially considering the amount of damage to the original Hagnk's.
- On June 13, 2006 Raffle House run by the Penguin Mafia replaced the construction zone on the former Observatory site, becoming Hagnk's newest neighbor.
The Cake-Shaped Arena
Should the Arena be put in here now, or should we wait to see how permanent a fixture it becomes before we do? --KingBobson 08:25, 17 June 2012 (CEST)
Town Re-Arranging
As of the 1/29 both the right and wrong sides of the track have been completely re-arranged. Both sides of the track now have a background image and the links to different places are treated as positional pictures placed on top of the background instead of individual tiles as they were previously. This can be relatively easily updated on the wiki once all the locations of places are known or updated incrementally and make take some group effort. However, what should be done with the old image setup? Should it be moved to a history section or just replaced entirely?--Butterflygirlkmc (talk) 00:59, 30 January 2019 (UTC)
I just started my multi out on a KOLHS run and confirmed that the location of KoL High School is the same square as the Blood Bank. One of my clannies and I were speculating that this may have been done intentionally to save space since in run you would never have both buildings since they're path specific. Someone would need to do a License to Adventure run to see if LI-11 HQ is also in the same location to give further traction to this idea.--Butterflygirlkmc (talk) 03:46, 24 February 2019 (UTC)
