Definitely 8-10 adv and 30-40 Myst. I finally got the 30 today. For posterity, here's the adventure/myst results from my ingestions: (the following with +10% myst gain from my zodiac sign) 9/34 9/36 9/42 9/39 10/42 10/34 10/33 10/37 9/43 9/36 10/35 10/39 10/42 9/42 9/40 9/34 8/40 9/33 10/38 8/41 8/38 (the myst range of 33-42 becomes at least 30-38 after taking into account the +10% zodiac sign; the following results were from later runs under mus or mox signs) 8/31 8/36 10/35 10/38 8/35 10/33 10/33 10/39 9/39 8/37 9/34 10/32 9/31 9/38 8/38 10/39 10/39 9/36 8/37 9/30 9/31 8/40.
