howabout: blocks the next successful hit. to spade: works only with certain monsters? works only underwater? does it block EVERY first hit or is there just a chance? could it block attacks only up to a certain amount of damage? can it block effect attacks? (green ops soldier, etc.). would it work with the NS or other you're-not-supposed-to-be-able-to-survive-this attacks? Sompm 16:11, 9 December 2009 (UTC)

It appears to only work if the Skate Park is unlocked... so you can't just buy one from the mall --Nossidge 01:41, 4 May 2012 (CEST)
