Apparently this monster has a condition of some sort, if my understanding of the tumbleweed page is correct. Started getting said tumbleweeds after banishing just the Mer-kin Rustler and Sea Cowboy. Haven't a clue as to the exact mechanics as the encounter rate doesn't seem to follow any specific pattern --BlanketThief (talk) 14:47, 10 January 2014 (UTC)
