The quest proceeds roughly as follows:

• fight middle managers to get a crystal sphere and 5 cult memos
• use the memos to decode the documents
• put your current ghost (if any) in the sphere and use the documents to get your own spaghetti elemental
• level the elemental up to level 3 (9 summons) and then summon him at level 3 when facing a cultist to get a robe
• with the robe equipped, enter the temple, then reshuffle your gear to fight the zealots and the spaghetti elemental (getting angelhair culottes)
• navigate the lava maze as standard
• the gimmick of the final boss is that he'll throttle the life out of you when his tentacles are free. You need to use Entangling Noodles to contain them, and you can recast it whenever he breaks free - it's not 1/cast like in normal play.
