Has this or the meta puzzle been solved yet? (Is it Frog Fractions 2?) On the 02/21/2016 podcast, Jick confirms there's a puzzle hidden here, and some hints (around 23 mins in):

• Jick: "Conspiracy Island was in 2014. Dinsey Landfill was less work than Conspiracy Island because it didn't have the structure that Conspiracy Island did, we didn't have to hide an ARG in it. I do want to say, because people are really really barking up the wrong tree, the thing is not nearly as difficult to solve as you think it is. The other games in the arg, almost all of them were data-mined because they were Steam games, and we had the advantage of having a web game so we have DRM that makes you actually solve the puzzle. The people who are trying to solve the puzzle are just looking too far afield. Everything that you need existed-- er, came into existence the day that Conspiracy Island rolled out."
