Not reusable indeed :/ It did somewhere in the range of 400 damage against a random hobo.

With the curiosity about these for the Insta-kill page, I figured I'd give them a try. Grabbed a total of 17 from Hobopolis. All (except one, noted) used alone in first round of combat.
- Used 5 against Mer-kin raiders, they did 415, 418, 419, 421, and 419 damage. Tried funkslinging a divine blowout and then a hubcap to see if being the killing blow made any difference. It didn't, the blowout did 507, the hubcap 420. (Note that the damage numbers are lower than average due to the raider's special DR.)
- Used 7 against normal hobos, did 441, 428, 454, 417, insta-kill (with skin from overkill), 448, 455.
- Used 1 against drunken half-orc hobo, insta-kill.
- Used 1 against fluffy bunny, did 419 damage.
- Used 3 against mutated alielf with ~500 muscle and ~4500 moxie, did 411, 418, insta-kill.
Conclusions: buying these in the marketplace is WAY too much work, especially considering how obsolete it is compared to clip-art and divine summonses. If there's some special way to trigger the insta-kill, and it's not a straight-up 25% chance or something, I don't know what it is. --Johnny Treehugger 17:05, 23 March 2012 (CET)
