Loadstone effects

For this and the other orcs, adventuring with a loadstone equiped causes the following to occur every so often, I'd say half the time based on a very small sample:

An extra fastener rattles across the floor and sticks to your loadstone. Weird. It's not made of Meat -- it must've been attracted to the double-entendre.
