I think inclusion of the second reference needs to be justified, or it should be removed. The spicy bean foods and Chef Elzar are both references to Emeril; they reference the same thing, but otherwise have nothing to do with each other. --Snickles 22:08, 18 Jul 2005 (Central Daylight Time)

• IMHO I believe that some if not many people may not be familiar with Chef Emeril, and the inclusion of the Chef Elzar reference may make sense to some of them. And who knows what Jick was thinking, maybe he was thinking of futurama when this item description was written, or maybe Emril, or maybe both.
