Not really, considering you only get it if you do Oxygenarian. Since you can't drink or eat during Oxy, this is the best "of steel" skill for Oxycores and such.--Aznpride05 17:36, 11 January 2007 (CST)

Yes, really. Consider that I made that comment one and a half a year ago. Back then there was almost no spleen items at all, didn't know about canned air even. Now we got stuff like wads, canned air, items that increase number of pvp fights and other stuff. -- NitraMo SA TT 05:21, 4 February 2007 (CST)

Is there any benefit to not using this item during an ascension? For example, can you keep it and use in another Oxycore run, or something of the like?

• Granted the previous comments were over a year old, you shouldn't delete them. This is a skill, not an item, the item in question is the steel-scented air freshener, which is marked as Quest Item, thus you cannot keep it across runs.--MindlessGames 17:28, 3 April 2008 (CDT)
