Talk:Steam-Powered Cheerleader
Some things I've noticed about the Steam-Powered Cheerleader:
1. She has a different default-naming scheme. Mine was named Chariti when I put her in my Terrarium
2. In addition to being a fairy/barnacle, she occasionally gives buffs at the start of combat. I got the following message while fighting in aftercore (without the familiar equipment) as a Turtle Tamer:
Chariti cheers:
I'm shakin' my caboose
My bolts are totally loose
So come on you Adventurers,
And charge 'em like a moose!

This just in, after adventuring with her for a while I've noticed messages hinting that the Cheerleader loses effectiveness after a while:
Chariti does a high-energy dance routine to psych out your opponent. She only has enough steam to make it 3/4ths of the way through the choreography, but he looks pretty demoralized.
Chariti does a sassy little cheer at your opponent. She wants to end it with a four-count of intimidating claps, but can only manage three. Still, it's pretty imposing. --AndyAnime (talk) 14:08, 1 September 2013 (UTC)
- I'm guessing that it starts out more powerful than most familiars, but loses power over time until it reaches baseline stats (similar to the Snow Suit). --Vorzer (talk) 16:31, 1 September 2013 (UTC)
People should just spade this with hobopolis bosses. My bet is that its full-steam effect is equivalent to 2x wt (/not/ 2x effectiveness; that would be too overpowered) at full steam, and then goes down linearly to 1x wt at no steam. --HikaruYami (talk) 16:27, 3 September 2013 (UTC)
