Talk:Striking Pencil-Pusher Elf

From A KoL Wiki

Barron?

This monster has nothing to do with any Barron characters. It's obviously meant to parody Milton from Office Space; many of the other striking Crimbo elves are also modeled after Office Space characters. Not Baldur's Gate characters. --Gothhenge 15:26, 20 December 2005 (Central Standard Time)

I friggin agree

Agreed, especially if the hammer wasn't even red, this is definitely not about that. I suspect that it is a hammer because elves don't have staplers. I will take it out.

On that note, the bit I put in about the squirrels being "married" is both relevant to the discussion of the reference to merry squirrels and true. The writers explained the meaning of this line as such in a long drawn out DVD commentary.Lotusduck 14:27, 21 December 2005 (Central Standard Time)

  • Scorpios tried to put the pink hammer back in, and I took it out again. *rolls eyes*
Yiab, where did you get those percentages? -- Old Ned 03:37, 6 January 2006 (Central Standard Time)
    • Hey, I've never even played DnD. How was I to know. Jick has all sorts of DnD-esqe references in this game. --Scorpios 22:57, 6 February 2006 (Central Standard Time)
