- Taking a look at the collected data here: http://kolspading.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=3646 it looks like there's a flat 8-9% chance of one of the three rare summons, with no diminishing returns on rares like party favors. The above data is a bit below that (a smidge above 5% on all three days) but my assumption is that's just rng and a limited sample size. --Darkcodelagsniper (talk) 23:56, 1 December 2013 (UTC)
Got a boatload of spading recently thanks to phyllis dietrichson (#3053164), and based on the data, the summon rate for a rare is closer to 2%, with no diminishing returns. This is from ~1700 summons per day thanks to being level 256.
1.8% overall for the day: resolution: be feistier 241 resolution: be happier 216 resolution: be kinder 12 resolution: be luckier 10 resolution: be more adventurous 9 resolution: be sexier 237 resolution: be smarter 238 resolution: be stronger 236 resolution: be wealthier 234
Beginning of the day summon (2.1%): resolution: be feistier (74) resolution: be happier (77) resolution: be kinder resolution: be luckier (3) resolution: be more adventurous (6) resolution: be sexier (72) resolution: be smarter (82) resolution: be stronger (71) resolution: be wealthier (79)

Comparing a single day's total compared to the first 200 summoned also shows no evidence of diminishing returns:
Total for day: (28/1450)*100=1.93% First 200 for day: (5/200)*100=2.5%
