Conditional Drop

Just tried to yellow ray this thing, and didn't get the eyes. Dunno if it's actually a conditional drop or if the yellow ray won't make quest items drop. - Msanychta (talk|contribs) 01:22, 3 September 2009 (UTC)

• It's definitely conditional, like most quest drops. You can only get one per ascension, and it also won't drop if you already have a blackbird. Most of the few non-conditional quest items are the filthworm glands. --Flargen 02:09, 3 September 2009 (UTC)

--- Under my multi OriComm, I had a reassembled blackbird as my active familiar, and I just got the components and made another. I tried to put it into my display case, but it's not in the list when I try (boo!). I DO have it in my inventory though. I have NOT ascended and lost my first one. In fact, I was adventuring with it when I got the pieces to make the 2nd one. --ColtsScore

It's not one-per-ascension now; may only be able to have one at a time?
