This is turning out to be more of a rare/special item like the traffic cones or pirate hook than a custom item. Too many people (will?) have it for it to be a true custom item, so we probably may end up not listing players who have them here. I eman we don't/won't/shouldn't list everyone who has a cone or hook. On a side note, after the "code" no longer works and the Con is well over, I hope someone reveals what it was, it might be funny or something.
