So does anyone know how the donations affect ranking on the "most active" list? My theory is that it works like store advertising, getting regularly reduced. It used to be it would take a lot of meat to get to the top ten, now it is pretty cheap. I think this is because few people care now, and the big donations of the past have all been square-rooted (or whatever) to near nothing. Necro! I'm interested in this as well. It appears like it definitely has to check something other than accumulated totals. I just got on the list without trying just adding 309 meat to my old total of 308, then took place 2 (below Cir Senam) by donating something like 15000. --Notsupposedtobehere (talk) 09:59, 24 August 2013 (UTC)

Well, you were at #5 when I checked today. I donated 5556 Meat, bringing my all time total to 450,000 Meat. The list now looks like:

Sorry, missed this for couple of days. Still could have donated before Sunday, just, but I kind of was busy and missed it. You've gotten me (more) interested in figuring it out, though, seems a shame to just leave it. A slight problem right now is that I'm in a hardcore run, so meat is a little more limited.
