Since the tree is wall of skin-like in the way it handles damage, it tried a beehive on it. 3 hits for 1 dmg each and a stun that didn't affect it, so the special mechanic for wall of skin doesn't apply.--Random42 (talk) 18:27, 17 April 2020 (UTC)

The Sneakisol and Sunday Suprise Me from the Eight Days a Week Pill Keeper seem to have no effect whatsoever inside the Drip. Combat was not avoided and I got trees five times in a row. Currently a plumber so 5 tries a day is all I have. If anyone wondered if having the dripping truncheon equipped would let plumbers fight trees, the answer is "no"(multi-bounce just did 1pt/bounce.) --Noskilz (talk) 01:49, 18 April 2020 (UTC)

Tried depleted Crimbonium football helmet and while it seemed like it worked the first day, it did not work the second. I also tried using Mer-kin Gutgirdle to decrease my hp (thought being that I could use a Vampieroghi and similar to offset damage, however the amount of damage I took was the same without the girdle, which made it a rather bad idea (was wearing drippy pants and took ~50% damage, meaning going from 224hp to 100hp (100hp seems to be the floor with the drip harness). I am going to try tomorrow with the stone baseball cap to lower my muscle and see if that lowers the damage. I think we should also spade with lower stat limiters, like firemilk and PirateRealm eyepatch (if anyone has that) Update 30 January 2025: tried Firemilk, Red Shirt and stone baseball cap, getting my stats down to Muscle=5 Mysticality=42, Moxie=15, and MaxHP=151. Dripping Trees were dealing typically 51 damage even with the Drippy Khaki's equipped. Adding the Mer-kin Gut-Girdle on to this I get instantly beaten up with only 30 hp and still taking 51 damage. After being beaten up, my stats were Muscle=1, Mysticality=2, Moxie=1 and strangely MaxHP was still 30; and this time I took 54 damage and then 47 damage, which averages out to 51. Suffice it to say I think there is a floor to the damage since it does not completely scale with stats nor MaxHP. --Sonofjohn (talk) 05:11, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
