How much better?

How much better is the DK Gym than the Hobo-Flex? --Damuna 13:22, 8 October 2006 (CDT)

I noticed at an early level (somewhere between 1 and 3) I got about 6-8 muscle per adventure, but now I'm level 19, and it's about 60 muscle per adventure. --Coolguy00001 21:08, 28 January 2007 (CST)

Anything that gives you muscle substats is affected by muscle days. This is also true for Gnirf and Moxie days, as well as The Institute for Canadian Studies and Mysticality days.--Toffile 09:29, 9 April 2007 (CDT)

Stat Gains

OK, I cant really see this helping (as we have a formula), but I kept track of my multis stat gains over 25 days. Now bored, but it seemed silly to waste the statistics...

Please note that each row below is 100 adventures at the Gym in one go. It should also be noted that my multi ate spahetti with skullheads twice a day and PvPed for some of it (losing some stats).

Better with one at a time?

Is it better to adventure here with one adventurer at a time? Because it is calculated by your current muscle? --Tyilo 12:58, 30 September 2008 (UTC)

Not one adventure at a time - one muscle point at a time would be better.
for example:
Your base muscle is 10.
you need 10 muscle points to get your base muscle to 11 (after adventuring and getting more fortitude points)
One way to do it is dump all of your adventures at once. If you had 40 adventures, you'd get a minimum of 40 points, and you'd go up a muscle point, so your base muscle is now 11.
However, say you put in 10 adventures, netting you at least 10 fortitude/beefiness/strongness points: your base muscle grows to 11. You got essential the same affect, but if you dump your remaining 30 adventures (from the first example) the formula is based on a higher number.
So, going by muscle point is better than going by bulk and quicker than one adventure at a time. --Draguin 23:25, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
