After you finish his quest, but before the war is over, he will give 3 additional bombs per day, from the side of whatever outfit you completed it in, if you're wearing that outfit(so patchouli oil bombs and hacky sacks for hippies, and tequila/molotov cocktails for the frat boys), similar to what the farmer does after completing his quest. Yay for free daily stuff! Note: if you're wearing the other outfit, or no uniform, he gives the "not for you" message. --Jimfromtx 18:12, 26 July 2007 (CDT)

There's a lot of duplication between this page and the quest page at Recover the Lighthouse Keeper's Gunpowder. Maybe put all the quest related text on the quest page (since it's formatted nicer anyhow) and have this page be more generic? --Terion 12:06, 31 August 2007 (CDT)
