The realpagne drops from the courtesan the sensitive poetry journal drops from the sensitive poet-type
and the Bottle of Realpagne - adds advs (8 for me, but I'm blender) 16 mox, 2 drunkenness, and the effect "the real deal" for 10 turns.
"The Real Deal" adds 20 hp and mp after every combat adventure, upto your max of both.

I've tried the choice advs with the effects "rat-faced" and "moon june spoon" (from the poetry journal) but neither seems to affect Batwalk or Catastrophic Rehearsal.
"moon june spooned" doesn't affect Absurd is the Word or Chat with the Smokers either.
