Talk:The Skies over Valhalla
I think there should be a single event page that pulls together all the pages involved in this event (yay, redundancy) so that future KoLers can find everything in one place. With the state of things right now, it'd be a little difficult when the event ends, because there are so few connections between pages (like the AWOL camp and the skies above Valhalla are NOT connected in any way right now). Good idea? Suggestions for what to call the unified page? --Leaper 08:03, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
- May 2011 Event (it doesn't have a very good name) Nadando 08:12, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
- Aha. Well, then, I propose a new name, and some wiki magic to better connect the individual pages to each other and to this central page I had no idea existed because the search didn't turn up anything useful. (That I can help with, at some point). --Leaper 08:15, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
Can someone put the correct time zone on the time of the "Pardon our dust" message? "12:30" is awfully vague (AM/PM, GMT, Arizona time, some other time?) --Club (#66669) (Talk) 17:43, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
Should the main page include the fact that the image names of the 2nd and 3rd versions of the city (city2angels.gif and city3lostchildren.gif) reference the movies City of Angels and The City of Lost Children. --Zanelron 05:49, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
Seeing as how the supply train page is nonexistent at the moment, I thought I'd help with the spading. I've got about 191% meat drop bonus currently. I killed 11 skeletons by going for the meat car without the boosts, and with the boosts, I got a flat 25 skeletons per attack. Note, both are with the Natural Born... skill in effect. The message is as follows:
You leap off of Kranklin and into the meat car. The experience is far from bitchin'. You grab as much meat as you can hold in one fist and fling it into the air. A few yetis dive after the chunks of flesh, unseating their skeletal riders in their haste.
Also, you can not go for the blood tank unless you have some sort of way to breathe underwater. Not sure what the mechanic for increasing those kills is, though. --Jimfromtx 04:35, 14 May 2011 (UTC)
