Talk:The Sorceress' Chamber

From A KoL Wiki

Game Text

  • Here's a question: Can we actually post all the messages for this without any spoilers? Most, if not all of them, tell you how you've solved the puzzle when you do. Unreferencer -Feb 15, 2007

Can someone please edit these in in the correct format. Sorry I'm being very lazy tonight, and I've got a headache. Teffania —The preceding signed but undated comment was added at 08:15, 7 December 2005 (CST).

I removed must of the "spading" for messages since they belong on places on the wiki already. Besides, it was horribly horizontally stretching the screen and was making this page 99% unreadable. See the page history if interested in them. --TheDotGamer 08:49, 20 February 2007 (CST)

Trying to adventure while drunk here yields the message "Trust me -- you're going to want to be sober for this confrontation..." --Skewer324 21:22, 30 January 2007 (CST)

Tower Images

Are the images of the tower decaying shown anywhere? I'd like to check what stage I'm up to without wasting adventures (HCO), and i know I should be able to tell by the amount of tower remaining, but i can't find that image anywhere.Teffania —The preceding signed but undated comment was added at 07:46, 20 February 2007 (CST).

  • Well, they're technically not listed on any page right now. Perhaps they should be listed on this page similar to how the images are at Hagnk's. Anyway, you can currently see a stage by stage comparison on the In-game Images Category. Oh, and try to date your signatures by writing out --~~~~ after your comments. --TheDotGamer 08:49, 20 February 2007 (CST)

NS13 stats

Do you still have to have just 70 in your off-stats to reach the tower, or do you need more now? --Kazim 08:01, 9 July 2007 (CDT)

Way of the Surprising Fist

I wasn't sure where to put this, but for the record:

You step through the door leading up the stairs to the Sorceress' Chamber, and see a flash of light as a beam of some sort of twisted energy arcs from the darkness of the chamber toward you.
You've never met a beam of energy you couldn't punch, and this one is no exception. You draw back your fist and punch the beam as hard as you can, which turns out to be exactly hard enough to reflect it back down the hallway. You hear a muffled curse and the sound of breaking stone.
