Talk:There's Always Music In the Air
From A KoL Wiki
not a mac-fan, obviously
- riff recently added some context to this non-combat. the explicit link to a commerce site has me a little more than uneasy. i'd say that external links should be to wikipedia where possible, then interwiki links (e.g. TMBW), and only if there isn't anything on any of those sites should we link elsewhere. in this case i suppose it's commendable that he wants us to buy this product. it's pretty cool and from a long time ago. we're not an advertising site, though. the itunes site doesn't have any information on it, just user reviews. wikipedia has more, and informs you that davidlynch.com streams some of the music for free, meaning you don't have to give Apple their 30¢. there's even a youtube video of the track in question. if no one objects to my objection i'll remove the link to iTunes and put a link to wikipedia and youtube this evening when i get in. --Evilkolbot 13:54, 28 December 2012 (CET)
- I agree. --Fig bucket 16:02, 28 December 2012 (CET)
- Add me in agreement. I do not own anything that can use iTunes and do not consider iTunes tracks an archival source. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 19:54, 28 December 2012 (CET)
