It works just like purple snowcone -- you get +20HP +20MP unless you are down less than 20 to start with, and then it just gives you the difference to get you to full HP/MP, and at least 1 every time. -- Old Ned 02:02, 6 June 2006 (CDT)

• The script and the purple snowcone check to see if they've hit cap before either effect is applied. So if you're down 25 HP and MP, you'll get +20 from both the snowcone and the cupcake. Which is, um, modestly useful if you get a muscle or mysticality point, or are wearing off an effect that debuffed muscle or mysticality.
