I have a suspicion that the umbrella is actually a reference to Wild Arms 2. The character of Lilka uses various umbrellas as her weapons; she takes the party slot of Cecilia from Wild Arms 1, who was actually a sorceress-princess who used a typical staff weapon. To my knowledge, Lilka is the only fantasy RPG character to exclusively use umbrellas as her weapons.--Erydanus


You open the titanium assault umbrella, put it over your shoulder, and do an a cappella version of "Three Little Maids From School." It takes 135 points worth of confusion. KERBLAM! SMACK! WHAM! ZAP! POW! BONK! WHAMMO! WHACK! KERBLAM! ZAP!

Inconsistency

The page Spunky Princess claims that the umbrella is a reference to Princess Peach, and this page claims that it is a reference to Princess Toadstool. I can't claim to actually know, but at any rate it should be consistent across the wiki. --JiK4eva 10:25, 9 October 2006 (CDT)

I'm getting new attack messages with this thing- have for a while now. Here are the two I have saved- there might have been an addition to the critical hits too...maybe. Not sure.

Although it's a good update you must realize that this item still requires 50 Muscle to equip, so even if you're a Muscle class you likely won't be using it at the Guano Junction or early run Daily Dungeons (assuming softcore pulling, obviously). --TheDotGamer 11:07, 19 February 2007 (CST)
