• If it's listed in your profile as a hardcore permed skill, I'd say yes, definitely tag it as such. If it isn't... then I guess it's just weird? --billybobfred (talk) 22:13, 9 January 2016 (UTC)
  • It does not seem to appear as a HP skill, when I learned it there was no line saying "this skill has marked hardcore permanent" either. It is just weird. --Taltamir (talk) 04:55, 20 May 2019 (UTC)
