The requirement isn't always 100 adventures. I just started Crimbo adventuring with a multi, and he got it after 48 turns in the cubicles. For what it's worth, I also did the max number of WC encounters, and ran into the menacing thug and the Mob Penguin hitman (yeah, this account's been inactive a little while). I'm guessing it's a combination of the late hour or maybe my character level (which is at 26). --Ackyri 01:36, 25 December 2010 (UTC)
