The message when you defeat the tree is a myriad of Guns 'N Roses songs references. And of course, the ax is a reference to the lead singer Axl Rose. The songs referenced that I caught so far were November Rain, Patience, Don't Cry, and It's So Easy.--R00k 07:08, 27 October 2009 (UTC)

Has anyone figured out if there's any significance (because there usually IS!) behind the line "Now all you have to do is clear out the remaining undead trees"? Has anyone run out of trees at all? I've got about 150 or so turns left to run as of the time I post this message, so I'll update if anything happens.

EDIT:: Skully has confirmed that this is not the case, it's just a sentence. At least for this day, this is the end of content. No need to continue killing trees for any reason beyond the pure joy of anti-treehuggery.

HP

You hit it a little, but a little doesn't do it, so you hit it more and more. You do 175 (+10) damage. BAM! BOINK! POW! BAM! BAM! WHAM! BOOF! SMACK! SPLAT! WHAM! Dog of War rolls the plastic pumpkin bucket at it. It promptly trips over it and falls, taking 45 damage.

So definitely more than 185 and less than or equal to 230HP.

Apparently he scales, along with all the monsters in the zone. So ML doesn't matter, and my reading of 220 was from a level 25 - I think that's the cap.--Ryo_Sangnoir 13:18, 27 October 2009 (UTC)

Yes it definately scales. My level 9 DB just killed him in one hit by using a big boom for 116 damage.--Loclya 14:34, 27 October 2009 (UTC)

Umm, I had on all sauceror and turtle tamer buffs, had one of the fairies (hot) as familiar, level 9 TT, don't think I had any +ML, and I did 86 damage total on my first hit (about 60, and 26 from the saucespheres or something). Since he had 86 or less hp for me, should we say that his HP (and possibly other stats) scale with your level? (Sorry, I forgot to copy the text. Ascension?

So, I've heard on the chats that this creature (and by extension, the trunk and acorn) do NOT appear again after ascension. Anyone collaborate?
