VYKEA!'s occurrence seems to be based on your +NC while adventuring in the zone, like The Ice Hotel. Some kind of counter that gets incremented every fight won there based on your current +NC, maybe? (fights NEED to be WON, NO RUNAWAY) When always with 25% +NC, the NC appeared every 7 turns (6 fights, 1 NC). Fights can be with wanderers.
