I adventured in the Rogue Windwill for ~100 adventures, with the following effects and equipment, and a full-weight item familiar, as an accordion thief. I did not pickpocket anything or get any other drops from this monster.

Black Tongue Cupcake of Choice Absinthe-Minded Heart of Green Heavy Petting Peeled Eyeballs Heart of Lavender Fat Leon's Phat Loot Lyric Bestial Sympathy Empathy

This doesn't necessarily mean that nothing drops or is pickpocketable from this monster, but it does make it seem less likely.
