Using it makes the monster the throw it back on the next round. I broke the record of 111 by doing this nonstop for 4 straight combats, and was told to go talk to the Council. the Council didn't have any new text, but I'm currently in an AWOL run so that might be why.--Foggy (talk) 13:04, 3 August 2023 (UTC)
Group monsters have "Before doing anything else, your foes gently toss back your water balloon." instead of "Before doing anything else, your foe gently tosses back your water balloon." for singular monsters. --Deadned (talk) 05:55, 13 March 2024 (UTC)
