Item Description Discrepancy
All of the candy heart descriptions are something funny, but if you look at the history you can see that they all used to have basic descriptions. Were those placeholders or were they in-game? I don't remember, but maybe someone knows for sure when they changed to the current descriptions.--Keith 12:34, 3 February 2007 (CST)
- Hey, yeah, originally the descriptions were the plain boring ones, This is a small [COLOR] candy heart. I don't know when the descriptions for these hearts changed. I created all of the pages (besides the orange one) extremely shortly after the libram of candy heart summoning was introduced and personally verifed all six of the descriptions. Also, the candygram descriptions weren't guessed as you stated in your comments for those pages. They all initially were the boring This is a note with a [COLOR] candy heart stuck to it. Okay, honestly, initially I did guess the descriptions for the orange, lavender, and yellow candygrams but when I found their descid's they were all exactly what I expected them to be. Within 10 minutes of this though I noticed the green, lavender, yellow, and orange had their descriptions changed, so I updated them. When I "signed off" the white and pink candygrams still had the "boring" item description. --TheDotGamer 18:36, 3 February 2007 (CST)
- That makes sense to me. I figured they were guessed since some had long descriptions and the others looked extrapolated. A few hours later checking with a clan mate, I found out that no, they had the boring descriptions first. Anyway, it's all right now, and this is probably plenty of note about them having been once boring.--Keith 03:14, 4 February 2007 (CST)
Does this also work at the arena?--mLegion 04:35, 1 March 2007 (CST)
- The effect page seems to say no... but I can't vouch for it personally. --'Ivan 05:15, 1 March 2007 (CST)
- I'm not sure if it does or not. I tried using the arena, but it still only "shows" the regular message for exp gains. I used the familiar tool here: http://www.the-rye.dreamhosters.com/familiars/ to maximize gains, but it still only showed up as 5 exp, every time I tried it. it doesn't give invisible experience either (experience that doesn't show up at the arena and only at the terrarium page), so I'm changing the effect page so that it shows it doesn't change arena experience.
