You acquire some Crimbux

After exchanging for 100 crimbux in a day:

After dispensing the Crimbux, the machine makes a horrible clanking noise and emits a plume of smoke. Dang.

This change machine allows you to trade Meat for Crimbux.

Or, at least it did, before you broke it.

Notes

Like Mr. Klaw this can only be used a certain number times per day before it breaks down. It will be repaired during rollover. Like other X per day items, it'll also be reset by ascension.
If the number you inserted is negative, an error appears saying "(less than one, something's wrong here)".
