- Adventuring at A-boo Peak with this effect active deals an extra attack to the ghosts, giving the combat message:
- You raise your index finger to the ghost, and without really knowing why, you say "Yarrum, Dyorka, Simar, Nosduh." The ghost goes pale(r), and takes 15-20 damage.

- Mentioning your index finger in this item's description is a references to the movie The Shining as well, where Danny had an alternate personality called Tony. Whenever Tony spoke through Danny, Danny would flex his index finger.
