The Paper Chase

You rummage through the papers on the desks for a bit, looking for anything of interest. Eventually, you turn up a sheet of paper that looks basically like every other sheet of paper in here, but for some reason your adventurer senses are telling you it might be useful for some reason. You've learned to trust your adventurer senses, except when it comes to real-estate investing.

It's kind of a long story, and the less said, the better.
