You're fighting The Unknown SaucerorThe Ghost of the Unknown Sauceror pulls back her sleeves and shows her hands to be empty, the traditional opening gesture for a magical duel. "Don't get cocky thinking I won't be up on the modern tricks, just because I've been dead for however many years," she warns you. "I know all about you kids' sriracha and whatnot."

A stream of creamy white cheese sauce hits your eye like a big pizza pie -- that's a Mornay.
She hits you with a wave of Béchamel sauce, and you fail to pass the test.
The Ghost hits you with a blast of pesto so powerful, the pine nuts feel like machine-gun bullets.
She blasts a stream of translucent orange sweet-and-sour sauce at you, but you duck.
She sprays you with some fruit pureé, but you manage to dive out of the way. "Applesauce," she grumbles.
She starts to prepare a creamy Indian raita to throw at you, but you argue that that's really more of a condiment or dip than a sauce.
She pauses for a moment, trying to remember if egg yolks are still considered bad for you or not. (FUMBLE!)
"Okay, okay, you win!"
"I give!" the ghost says, backing up with her hands raised. "Whew, you've got the stuff, all right. If I still had, like, muscles, I bet it would be a different story, but you won fair and square. The Epic Weapon's yours."
"Where is it?" you ask. "In the coffer?"
"No, that's just my bones and stuff. And before you get any funny adventurer ideas, they're mine and you can't have them."
"Okay, okay. So where is it?"
The ghost floats over to the wall and points. "There's another tunnel behind this wall. Push this brick here."
You push the brick, and a section of the wall grinds open, revealing a tunnel leading to another small room.
The room is dimly-lit, with just a few flickering candles illuminating engraved scenes of a Sauceror holding up a glowing saucepan and raining fiery destruction upon their enemies.
In the center of the room is a carved stone plinth, and on the plinth is an ancient saucepan. Without even touching it, you can sense that it's an extremely powerful artifact.
"The 5-Alarm Saucepan," the ghost says. "Pretty good, eh?"
"It's incredible," you say in an awed tone.
"Most of what you're sensing is potential, but yeah." She glances at her wrist. "Okay, I've got a poker game to get to. Good luck with your quest thing, right?"
"Thanks," you say. "See you around." The two of you wave, and she floats through a wall and disappears.
