I mean, it's not like you can really address such a complex and important issue by hitting it, but when all you have is a warhammer, every problem looks like a warnail.
Hit Message(s):
An old-timey cartoon of a fat man wearing a top hat and monocle steals a bunch of your hit points. Ouch! Argh! Ooh! Eek! Ugh! Ouch! Oof! Eek! Ooh! Argh!
An old woodcut illustration of a skeleton with a scythe hits you, and suddenly you feel like you haven't had a decent meal in years. Ouch! Ugh! Ow! Ooh! Ow! Ugh! Ouch! Argh! Ugh! Ugh!
You raise a shield to block poverty's attack, but it turns out you pawned your shield last week to buy a sandwich. Rats. (CRITICAL HIT!) Ow! Ooh! Eek! Ow! Ooh! Ugh! Ooh! Ow! Eek! Ugh!
A thing sort of like a skeletal octopus tries to attack you? I guess it's meant to metaphorically represent both starvation and the theft of resources by the rich? But it doesn't really make any sense, so nothing happens.
You do some cool tricks to help take poor kids' minds off their troubles for a while. I dunno what sort of tricks an adventurer knows. Probably knife tricks? Good enough.
You spend some time making toys by hand to give to all the children everywhere. This isn't a very efficient or permanent solution to the problem, but it helps bring a little joy to people. (FUMBLE!)
