You're fighting the ghost of Monsieur BaguelleYou hear a polite but meaningful cough behind you, and turn to see a baker, his arms folded and his foot tapping the floor in an annoyed manner. His sleeves are rolled up, revealing arms as paper-white as his crisply starched uniform, though you can't tell if it's because of a thick coating of flour, or because of his ghostliness. And he is definitely a ghost. You can tell -- and I realize I've buried the lede here -- because where his face should be there's a hole all the way through his head.
