One of the Kingdom's many mad scientists postulated the following theorem: if time flies like an arrow and fruit flies like a banana, then if you make an arrow out of a banana, it will attract time.
Fortunately, Loathing's wizards ignored him, and simply fashioned this arrow out of petrified time.
Also, Mark Twain and aliens were involved. I'm not sure how.

When Used
- On someone else who hasn't received one today and who is not in Ronin or HC:
You nock a time's arrow in your bow (you know, that bow you carry with you everywhere...) and fire it at <name>. It hits with a satisfying thwock.
- On someone in Ronin or Hardcore:
You can't fire a time's arrow at somebody in Ronin or Hardcore.
- On someone who was already shot today:
That player has already been hit with a time's arrow today.
- On yourself:
You can't fire that at yourself. Your accuracy at point-blank range is terrible.
- When you get hit, you receive a message which says:

- "Time's arrow" is a concept in physics, referring to the apparently consistent and unidirectional flow of time at macroscopic scales.
- Petrified time appeared in the kingdom during the temporal rift event following White Wednesday. It's extremely rare, but apparently at some point the wizards had a ton of it lying around.
- "Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana" is a well-known example of an ambiguous sentence.
- The line in the item's description about Mark Twain and aliens is in reference to the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Time's Arrow".
