Time To Make The Bearings
Time To Make The Bearings

You flash your ID badge at the front door and make your way to the desk with the label that matches the badge's ID number.

There's a big red button on it, labeled "Manufacture Bearings." A little display underneath says "Current factory output is 896 bearings per button press."

Press the Button

You press the button. The factory springs to life, countless automatons doing your bidding, making your little spheres for you.

Your finger is tired, though. It's time for a coffee break.

You acquire 10 Chroner

Leave

You clock out and head for the hills.

Occurs in Boltsmann Bearings with a Boltsmann ID badge equipped.

Notes

  • If you just leave it does not take a turn..
  • After 11 uses, the only option is "Leave", and the text is instead:
You've already pushed the button eleven times today, and union rules forbid you from working overtime.
  • If you work in the other factory, the only option is "Leave", and the text is instead:
It's against union rules for you to work for more than one factory in a day, so don't even think about pressing that button.
  • If players make more bearings than solenoids in a day, every player who made bearings receives the following Kmail the next day:
From Mr. Boltsmann
Date: <Date/Time>
Thank you for all your hard work today. We outproduced Spring Bros. Solenoids by <#> units today. Here's a bonus.
Sincerely, Mr. Boltsmann
