This is a little metal statue of one of the most put-upon of Uncle Crimbo's elves. He has to work long hours, but he's salaried so he doesn't get overtime. The worker elves hate him because he's the boss, but the upper management won't have anything to do with him either. No wonder he's such a sad little petty tyrant.
