This is a tiny plastic replica of that most cheerful of workplaces (and don't think that's not a depressing state of affairs), CRIMBCO Headquarters. If you look through the window on the first floor, you can see a bunch of tiny plastic presents that your tiny plastic Covert Crimbo Agent won't be buying for you, because he's too busy faxing his tiny plastic butt to other people.
The bottom of the base reads, "Series 4C, 1/5 (C)."
