- This item was introduced on June 13, 2006. Its recipe used to yield a tomato smoothie, but the item is functionally equivalent to grapefruit juice of powerful power (now unavailable).
- Was used by Saucerors to pass a test of the pre-2015 Nemesis quest.

- The line about "an eight-cylinder juice engine" is a reference to the once-ubiquitous ads for V-8® vegetable juice.
- "Lycopelicious" refers to the chemical pigment lycopene which gives tomatoes their red color.
