 You're fighting an unlikely survivor

You hear someone hitting an asthma inhaler behind some rubble, and shove it aside to see an elf squatting there. He's kind of doughy and pale, has dry skin and acne at the same time. He sniffles, blows his nose, and looks up, startled.

"My allergies were acting up, so I ducked in here to take my meds, and then all heck broke loose!" he says. "I was going to run for help, but I have asthma and weak knees. Hey, are you one of those things that attacked us? My glasses are all smeared so I can't tell, but you look dangerous." Then he launches himself at you, improbably enough.
