<player name> looks really unmotivated. Probably because <unmotivator name> is so much cooler.

<player name> says, "I'm going to work really hard so I can try and live up to the standard set by <unmotivator name>."

"<unmotivator name> is so great," <player name> says, "I hope to be that great one day."

"Unmotivation, thy name is <player name>", quoth <unmotivator name>.

You can tell that <player name> is thinking, "I wish I was as awesome as <unmotivator name>. They really rock!"

You hear <player name> whispering under his breath, "Wow, <unmotivator name> is so great."

You notice <player name> gazing at <unmotivator name>, obviously in awe of his prowess.
