Born of Shadow and tempered in the crucible of Japan, Kheine (#618000) stalks the net aimlessly at all hours. He joined NPZR soon after arriving in the Kingdom in August 2005 and is currently on the leaderboards for largest Chrome Helmet Turtle collection and hopes to have the largest collection of Seal Teeth one day. To what end is unknown. After several ill-advised attempts to play the rares market Kheine has settled on purveying spices in the Markets of Loathing along with his shadowy minion. Kheine is part of the 'River City' contingent of NPZR, sacrificing his own liver as well as those of fellow members Chasseur, Casselwary Hank, and Wally Okernbacher.
