Please don't include anything on item pages or outfit pages that are a result from the intrinsic effects, or the enchantment of the items. For example, the makeshift turban does not lower moxie by 25%. The intrinsic effect it causes, Temporary Blindness does. Same thing for Encephalic Ensemble. The Cerebral Culottes cause the +10 Mysticality effect, not the outfit itself. --CG1:t,c,e 10:59, 6 May 2007 (CDT)
