You should take that sort of conjecture to the talk page. And a major yellow ray against a grungy pirate with highly negative +items still gave me a guitarrr, indicating it is not conditional. And it would have to be conditional if there were any sort of "can't drop until X is done" thing. --Flargen 20:48, 1 October 2009 (UTC)
