This is a tiny vial of pirate sweat. You're not sure which idea disturbs you more -- that the pirate was carrying around a vial of his own sweat, or that you took the time to actually collect his sweat in a vial.

Notes
- The Bounty Hunter Hunter used to ask you to get 5 of these from the smarmy pirates.
- As with all bounty items, these would not drop unless there was bounty out on them. They would disappear from your inventory if you gave up on the bounty.
