Warbear festivals always have a master of ceremonies, to make sure that the songs and dances are performed in their proper order and with all the requisite snarls and tail-shakes. The position is bestowed upon the oldest warbear (or the one whose dad is out of town, so can host the party at his house), and the M.C. gets to wear these fancy pants, with extra warbear flair.
